By accessing or using the Website, placing an order, purchasing a product, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase our products or services.

If compatibility with a specific vehicle is important, you should contact us before placing an order.
4. ORDERS
When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or service.
An order becomes accepted when we confirm the order, confirm availability, or dispatch the product, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where:
- A product is unavailable;
- There is an obvious pricing or description error;
- We are unable to obtain the product;
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity;

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

6. CUSTOM, PERSONALISED AND SPECIAL-ORDER PRODUCTS
Certain products may be manufactured, modified, configured, restored or ordered specifically according to the customer’s requirements.
Before placing a custom or personalised order, the customer is responsible for ensuring that all information supplied to us is accurate, including:
- Vehicle make and model;
- Year;
- Vehicle specifications;
- Measurements;
- Colour;
- Materials;
- Configuration;
- Personalisation requirements; and
- Other relevant specifications.
Where permitted by applicable law, custom-made or personalised products may be excluded from statutory withdrawal rights.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY
Classic and vintage vehicles may have been modified during their lifetime.
Vehicles of the same make, model and year may therefore have different:
- Wiring;
- Electrical systems;
- Mounting points;
- Dimensions;
- Interior components;
- Mechanical components;
- Audio systems; or
- Other specifications.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate vehicle information when requesting compatibility advice.
If you are unsure whether a product will fit your vehicle, we strongly recommend contacting us before purchasing.
Any compatibility advice provided by VINTAGE CUSTOM CARS is based on the information available to us and the information supplied by the customer.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch products within the estimated timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Courier delays;
- Customs procedures;
- Strikes;
- Weather;
- Transport disruption;
- Supply-chain problems;
- Government restrictions;
- International shipping delays; or
- Other unforeseen circumstances.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order is returned because the customer provided an incorrect address, failed to collect the package or otherwise caused the failed delivery, additional delivery costs may apply where permitted by law.
For international orders, customers may be required to pay import duties, customs charges, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.
9. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
Customers should inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If packaging or a product appears damaged upon delivery, customers should, where reasonably possible, photograph the damage and notify the carrier and VINTAGE CUSTOM CARS promptly.
This does not affect any statutory consumer rights concerning defective, damaged or non-conforming products.
10. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers within the European Union may have statutory rights to withdraw from distance contracts.
Where applicable, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to exceptions provided by applicable law.
The withdrawal period and applicable exceptions will be determined according to the laws applicable to the particular transaction.
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including certain:
- Custom-made products;
- Personalised products;
- Products made according to customer specifications; and
- Other products for which a statutory exception applies.
Products returned under a statutory withdrawal right must be handled only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Where permitted by law, the customer may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

11. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory statutory consumer rights.
If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or does not conform to the applicable contract, the customer should contact us.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the customer may be entitled to:
- Repair;
- Replacement;
- Price reduction;
- Refund; or
- Another statutory remedy.
We will assess complaints and claims in accordance with applicable law.
12. RESTORATION AND CUSTOM AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES
Where VINTAGE CUSTOM CARS provides restoration, repair, design, customization or other automotive services, the scope of work will be determined by the applicable quotation, project agreement, written confirmation or other documentation agreed with the customer.
Classic vehicles frequently contain hidden conditions that may not be visible before dismantling or further inspection.
Examples may include:
- Hidden corrosion;
- Previous accident damage;
- Poor-quality previous repairs;
- Structural damage;
- Electrical faults;
- Mechanical deterioration;
- Missing components;
- Incorrect previous modifications; or
- Other concealed defects.
If previously unknown conditions require additional work, we will, where reasonably practicable, inform the customer before significant additional work is performed.
Additional work may result in additional costs and/or an extension of the estimated completion time.
Unless expressly agreed in writing as a fixed price, quotations and estimates are estimates and may be subject to adjustment where additional work or materials are reasonably required.
13. RESTORATION RESULTS AND CLASSIC VEHICLE CONDITION
Classic and vintage vehicles are inherently subject to age, wear, corrosion, previous modifications and mechanical deterioration.
Restoration or customization does not automatically make an old vehicle equivalent to a new vehicle.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, VINTAGE CUSTOM CARS does not guarantee that a restored or modified vehicle will:
- Meet concours standards;
- Be factory-original;
- Match a specific historical specification;
- Achieve a particular performance level;
- Remain completely maintenance-free;
- Be free from all age-related issues; or
- Have a particular investment or resale value.
Where originality or historical authenticity is important to the customer, this should be expressly agreed as part of the project specification.
14. VEHICLE SOURCING AND PROCUREMENT
VINTAGE CUSTOM CARS may provide classic-car sourcing and procurement services.
Such services may include identifying vehicles, communicating with sellers, assisting with negotiations, arranging inspections, coordinating transportation or assisting with the purchasing process.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, our sourcing service does not guarantee that:
- A specific vehicle will be found;
- A specific vehicle will remain available;
- A vehicle will be mechanically perfect;
- A vehicle will be completely free from defects;
- A vehicle will be authentic or original;
- A vehicle will be a suitable investment; or
- A seller will complete a transaction.
The customer remains responsible for making the final decision to purchase a vehicle unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Where a sourcing or procurement fee applies, the applicable fee and payment terms will be communicated to the customer before the service is undertaken.
15. VEHICLE PURCHASES FROM THIRD PARTIES
Where a vehicle is purchased from an independent seller, dealer, auction house or other third party, the vehicle purchase may be governed by a separate contract between the customer and that seller.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, VINTAGE CUSTOM CARS is not automatically the seller of a vehicle merely because we assisted with sourcing, inspection, negotiation, transportation or other services.
Any warranties, guarantees or representations made by the actual vehicle seller are subject to the relevant vehicle purchase agreement.
16. VEHICLE SHIPPING, IMPORT AND REGISTRATION
Where requested, VINTAGE CUSTOM CARS may assist with:
- Vehicle transportation;
- Shipping arrangements;
- Customs procedures;
- Import documentation;
- Registration assistance; or
- Communication with third-party service providers.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, such assistance is a coordination or administrative service.
We do not guarantee that customs authorities, registration authorities, inspection authorities or other governmental bodies will approve an import, registration or vehicle application.
The customer remains responsible for providing accurate documentation and information and for paying applicable taxes, duties, registration fees and governmental charges.
17. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and contact information;
- Provide an accurate delivery address;
- Provide accurate vehicle information;
- Provide accurate specifications for custom products;
- Inform us of relevant vehicle modifications;
- Ensure they have the legal right to provide any materials or content submitted to us;
- Use products appropriately and in accordance with applicable instructions;
- Obtain professional installation where appropriate;
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations; and
- Not use the Website or our services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
18. AUTOMOTIVE SAFETY
Automotive products and modifications can affect vehicle safety and may affect:
- Electrical systems;
- Braking systems;
- Steering;
- Suspension;
- Structural integrity;
- Vehicle handling;
- Lighting;
- Emissions;
- Roadworthiness; or
- Compliance with local regulations.
Where appropriate, installation, repair or modification should be performed by a suitably qualified automotive professional.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that vehicles modified, restored or purchased through our services comply with applicable roadworthiness, inspection, registration, insurance and safety requirements in the country where the vehicle is operated.
19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Website belongs to or is licensed to VINTAGE CUSTOM CARS.
This includes:
- Text;
- Photographs;
- Graphics;
- Logos;
- Designs;
- Videos;
- Product descriptions;
- Branding;
- Website layouts; and
- Other materials.
You may view and use the Website for personal and lawful purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell or commercially exploit Website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
20. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for matters that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or intentional misconduct where applicable.
For classic-vehicle projects, customers acknowledge that the age, history and condition of a vehicle may create risks and unforeseen conditions that cannot always be identified before work begins.
24. FORCE MAJEURE
VINTAGE CUSTOM CARS will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where the delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
- Natural disasters;
- War;
- Government action;
- Strikes;
- Transport disruption;
- Supply-chain disruption;
- Customs delays;
- Epidemics or pandemics;
- Serious technical failures;
- Acts of third parties; or
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effects of such circumstances and resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.
25. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
We process personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation.
Personal information may be processed for purposes including:
- Processing orders;
- Providing customer support;
- Processing payments;

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Lithuania, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of mandatory rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
28. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The current version will be published on the Website with the applicable update date.
Changes will generally apply to future use of the Website and future orders and will not retroactively alter contractual rights or obligations that have already arisen, unless permitted or required by applicable law.
29. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable where possible.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
30. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with any applicable:
- Order confirmation;
- Quotation;
- Restoration or customization agreement;
- Vehicle purchase agreement;
- Refund and Returns Policy;
- Privacy Policy;
- Shipping Policy; and
- Other written terms expressly incorporated into the relevant transaction,
form the agreement between VINTAGE CUSTOM CARS and the customer regarding the applicable purchase or service.
Where a specific written agreement has been entered into for a restoration, customization, procurement or other project, that agreement will take precedence over these general Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
